Terms and Conditions [Important!]
2. No cancellation or changing of orders once confirmed
3. Full payment has to be made within 3 days upon receiving your payment advice. No payment = no orders!
4. Please be prepared to wait as Taiwan dealers usually take some time to reply and send out the items. Approximate shipping time after the spree closes is 1 month (could be longer)
5. As much as Kimissu would like your items to reach you safely and beautifully, we cannot be responsible for mistakes made by seller such as wrong item/colour of item shipped or lost/damaged items in mail. But we would do our best to ensure that you can get the right order!
6. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
7. Should your item gets Out-of-Stock and if the seller refunds the cash, we would refund you in whatever currency the seller refunds us in. (usually its TWD) Or, the equivalent balance after currency conversion.
8. We reserve the right to close the spree early when we've reached the required amount of orders.
9. We reserve the right to cancel any sprees that are not getting good response
Kimissu would prefer you to double check and confirm your orders before posting. By sending us your orders, you agree and consent to our T&C.
